When you click the link "Submit Your Entry", you will be directed to the login page. This is the starting point for entering your quiilt.
On the login page, if this is the first time to this page, click the link below login to register your contact information, or if you are returning after having registered, enter your email address and password. Click Login to continue.
After successfully registering or logging in, you will be directed to the contact information page. Here you can update any information that needs to be changed, click New Entry to enter a new quilt or select a quilt already entered from the pull down menu then click Edit Entry.
After clicking New or Edit Entry, you will be directed to the Quilt Entry page. On a new entry, be sure to complete all fields that apply as well as the PTQG Agreement at the bottom of the page. In the Special Designation option, click Folded if this quilt is not to be hung on a frame or if your quilt is part of a set, be sure to enter a name for your set and use this same name on the other quilts in the set. After completing a new entry, you should print the page as a record of your entry. If you are a non-member, be sure to send a copy of your entry along with the fee required. For a Judged Entry, send a copy of the entry along with the judging fee.
Finally, after entering your Quilt, YOU MUST CLICK SUBMIT to have the information saved. You then are returned to the Contact Information page.
If you wish to add a picture of your Quilt to the entry, select the Quilt from the drop down menu and click Edit Entry. On the entry screen, click the Add a Picture button and follow instructions.
